It thus combines the jovial and irreverent character with the natural vocation to be sparkling: the perfect synthesis between processing technique and uniqueness of the Campania territory.
A coppery pink color, crossed by a fine and persistent bubble.
The range of scents on the nose never seems to end, and the notes that are easier to recognize than others lead us to a world of pastries, citrus peel and floral essences.
It is austere, rigorous, endowed with a beautiful expressive rigor, enhanced by a sip which lives in the light of the relationship between freshness and flavor. It closes with a very long persistent finish.
